W'U ("we", "us") designs custom wedding websites. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and how we handle it.

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you choose to share with us — your names, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, wedding date and location, estimated guest count, the events you tell us about, your preferred package, aesthetic notes, inspiration and Pinterest links, and any images you upload. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and basic browser and device data.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and — if we work together — design and deliver your wedding website. We may also use your contact details to follow up about your project. We never sell your information to anyone.
Analytics and advertising
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. The Pixel may collect information about your visit and use it to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. Sharing your information
We share your information only with the tools and services we need to run our studio — for example, email delivery and the platforms that host your wedding website. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. If we build your website, we retain the relevant details for the life of your project and as needed to provide ongoing support.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
